eating right and the holidays...

Eating right and dealing with the holidays, most times this is a problem for anyone who has a family or attends family functions...Hey its ok to indulge during the holidays as long as you dont get to carried away..."WE ALL DO IT"... The trick is not to keep it going for days and days following the holidays..something we all do sometimes..just be mindful of what you eating as much as possible...get through the day and pick up where you left off...thats all any of us can do...after the foodfest has ended and your all full of guilt..just think how much harder your gonna work at getting back what you only think lost...stick with it and all will be well..good luck and keep up the good work...http://www.fasttracktofatloss1.com

not sure what to do yet ...

If your not sure what your doing yet ..thats ok im here to try and help..we have in the past done what everyone else does to try and learn how to get the most out of our workouts..As we all know what works for one does not always work for everyone..working with a trainer will give you the tools you need to learn the basics..thats great..keep up the good work..but dont let them rule your whole life..remember knowledge is power even in the gym..the more you know the better results you will get...your diet is the key to it all without that your just spinning your wheels...to get your trainer to write you a diet will cost some money or just go to http://www.fasttracktofatloss1.com this will be much cheaper and will give you all the tools you need..trust me im a personal trainer and i should know good luck and keep up the good work !!

Eating right for a better life..

OK..so we all know that eating right is what we are supposed to do..sometimes it hard , and i get that.. but consider this..what if eating the right foods at the right times, and in the right amounts, could not only get you to lose unwanted fat, or gain muscle, what if ..it could also help with something like BREAST CANCER..yes , i know sounds strange but some studies have shown that certain foods (cannot reverse the affects) can aid in the management of some types of breast cancer.
